A tracking application for the posted Mpox (formly called Monkeypox) cases in the United States. This includes keeping a longitudinal record of posted cases at the national level from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.

A website which provides insight into local (North Carolina) COVID-19, influenza, and RSV cases (amongst other respiratory pathogens). This combines sequencing from the local systems to augment existing publicaly available data,.

This was an original data scraping website that I led assembly of at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Initially, there wasn’t much data available and the Johns Hopkins dashboard failed to accurately collect local level dynamics (e.g., each state had some nuance so JHU captured the national data well, but the state level much worse, and sub-state level terribly).
